Dr. Atul Kumar is a distinguished academic leader and researcher with over 16 years of experience in higher education. Serving as the Dean, Professor, and Head of Research, Accreditation, and Quality Assurance at Dr. D. Y. Patil B-School in Pune, he also holds the position of Director (Additional Charge) at Unitech B-School, Pune, and is a Visiting Professor at Boston International College in Chitwan, Nepal. Dr. Kumar’s academic credentials are robust, including a Ph.D., L.L.M., L.L.B., PGDIB, M.Phil., M.B.A., and B.Sc., complemented by a specialized Faculty Development Programme in Teaching Pedagogy and Research Methods from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has guided numerous Ph.D. candidates to successful completion and is currently mentoring several more across various reputed institutions.

As a certified corporate trainer, Dr. Kumar has conducted substantial training programs, including a notable project for SRV Media, Pune, amounting to INR 1600K. He is also an accredited teacher trainer, having conducted numerous workshops, FDPs, and training sessions for research scholars and educators.
